The Lions Mobile Health Screening Unit is a mobile van equipped with the latest health monitoring equipment. It is a united project of over 60 Lions Clubs in Central Texas. Its goal is to provide free health screenings to local citizens within District 2-S3. Lions club volunteers operate the unit.

Vision Hearing Glaucoma Blood Pressure Diabetes Blood Sugar The Health Screening Unit is funded by gifts from the Dripping Springs Lions Clubs, other Lions clubs within the District, Lions Clubs International Foundation, and several major sponsors.
The Screening Unit may be scheduled through the Dripping Springs Lions Clubs, its Manager Lion John Donahue at (830) 643-1981, or Lion Jack Dougherty at (512) 267-2098. The unit is equipped with the best possible instrumentation, calibrated by trained technicians. The results of all tests are confidential. You may get a printed copy of your own test results for follow-up care. Consult your health professional if your test results are found to lie outside of normal limits.
Contributions provided by the Lions Club to its many community projects are generated solely via the Club's fund-raising projects, which are manned by its energetic, dedicated volunteer members. Many thanks to the people of Dripping Springs for their generous support.
