The Stevie Ray Vaughan Experience
Yes guitars DO smell. I should know since I play guitar. They kind of smell like copper or what you referred to hot metal. No one really knows about the other side after someone goes there but it is possible that SRV is trying to reach out to you if not by the smell then certainly by his music. I know that for a fact because a year or two ago I was drinking really heavy and I stumbled onto SRV's music and listened to it alot when I was drunk and then I got sober about a year ago and I really think that SRV's music somehow influenced or played a role in getting me to sober up. Anyrate I just thought that I would drop my two cents in. Thanks. Sthunderflame
