The death of SRV is truly a bummer. My experience with Stevie's music is one that will be with me forever. You see, I was at the Kalamazoo Fair the day before his death and listened to his next to last concert. I was totally stunned when I saw on MTV that Jimmie went down in a Chopper, especially when I had heard him live only hours before.

Life is precious and so is Stevie's music. I listen to it daily and can only ask WHY is all the great ones taken at such a young age???

Stevie is truly missed by me.
