The Stevie Ray Vaughan Experience

Being typically English and copying nearly ever Blues guitarist that ever lived, I've experienced many top British players (namely Clapton, Gary Moore, Peter Green etc), and always appreciated their different styles and approach to the Blues. But, man, where have I been all my life. Discovering Stevie Ray Vaughan five years ago changed my perception completely. I didn't know Blues could be so, so vast and flowing, complicated or completely uncluttered. I've tried to find this "feel" with hundreds of other artists and, simply, arrive at the conclusion that only SRV could do this. I probably have everything Stevie Ray produced now because, quite simply, he was the best and I doubt he'll every be surpassed. His music lives on in me forever.
