Detective Bob (Adult Language)

A very (!) puny cartoon series is "Pearls Before Swine" by Stephan Pastis.

A couple of weeks ago he told the following tale in which the character "Rat" is writing a story about Detective Bob who is helping Sherlock Holmes with a very difficult problem.

The case concerned a bandit who went around robbing people while disguised in a bedsheet. Bob said that it would be easy. "The bed of the perp will have a certain distinctive feature."

"What in the world could that be?" asked Holmes.

"No sheet, Sherlock."
