Houston's Ethnic Evacuation Plan (Politically Incorrect)

We are now approaching hurricane season, and the City Fathers of Houston have designed the following plan to maximize use of evacuation routes:

Hispanics use I-10 West to San Antonio.

Cajuns use I-10 East to Lafayette.

Yankees use I-45 North to Oklahoma.

Aggies use Loop-610.

Chris Cole asks, "What's wrong with that? Sounds like a perfectly solid case of circular reasoning to me!!!!"

Anne Gwin adds that her brother's favorite version of this is that Yankees should take the ferry to Galveston.
