The Actress
This is from: "**Terra Firma**" and it was posted on the groaners listserv. The author is not known.
A certain Hollywood star was asked if she could ice skate, because there was a part in an upcoming movie which would require some athletic ability. She responded that she could, and was asked to demonstrate.
The performance she gave was stunning. She danced, twirled, leapt and glided over the ice until everyone watching was thoroughly entranced with her style and grace. Word of her performance quickly spread until all of Hollywood was abuzz with the story.
One day she showed up at a very exclusive restaurant in Hollywood. Her Date for the evening was the man who had played Han Solo in the Star Wars movies, leading the Maitre'D to exclaim: . . .
"Halle Berry, full of grace, and Ford is with thee!"
