Insurance This tale is attributed to Bennett Cerf. An insurance agent received this inquiry from a lady in Wichita: "If I take out one of your special policies on my husband's life, exactly what will I get if he dies?" The agent, a stickler for accuracy, replied, "If he dies naturally, $10,000. If he dies accidentally, $20,000. If he dies intentionally, 30 years."
