- Straight ahead jazz by Austin's finest young saxophonist.
- Anonymous (11/8/96)
- Elias Haslanger is a musician dedicated to jazz, and his style has
roots AND originality. In a city where the jazz scene leaves much to
desired he is at least two cuts above the competition. Go see him.

Reader Remarks
- Emily Vander Veer (5/5/96)
- Run, don't walk, to see jazz guitarist Clay Moore at the Elephant Room
or the Ritz the next time one of his bands is playing (Greenstreet,
Tomas Ramirez). This guy is *incredible*. His style is reminiscent of
Pat Martino, Wes Montgomery, and Jimi Hendrix... but his sound is
decidedly his own.
