THE ALL NEW JOSE GRECO SPANISH DANCE COMPANY
The flash of flamenco returns for the fifth time to its summer home at Capitol City Playhouse. An international cast of professional dancers starring Antonio del Castillo and Pilar Serrano will appear in the Greco Company's only Texas appearance this year. THE DESTINY OF ME By Larry Kramer.
Activist Ned Weeks checks himself into an experimental AIDS treatment program run by the very doctor his ACT-UP like organization has been criticizing most. Frightened of dying from the disease, Ned finds himself fighting to get a little more time among the living. Different Stages presents this 1993 OBIE Award winning play at Planet Theatre, 2307 Manor Rd., 1/2 mile East of I-35, Thurs.- Sats. through July 1 at 8 pm.

DREAMGIRLS
The glittering, powerhouse Broadway musical follows the rise of a 1960's black female trio known as The Dreams from their Amateur Night debut at the Apollo Theatre to stardom at Caesar's Palace. Directed and choreographed by Dave Steakley and featuring Jacqui Cross, Judy Arnold and Ameerah Tatum. JOURNEY
Word of Mouth Women's Theatre presents a new work written collaboratively by Lorene Stilwell, Gina Mears, Sue Bilich, Kevyn Shannon Cundiff and Bill Johnson. Journey follows three archetypal women as they confront, battle and transcend the monsters and demons of American society. Directed by Rog Wall, choreographed by Kirsten Carter, with visual artistry from Pilar Castrejon, Ann Marie Gordon, Colleen Sommers, Shamaan Ochaum and Pam Jarvis.
